Loyalty Terms of Usage

iCircle membership refers to the privilege program of iPlanetstore in India (listed in the Schedule 1 and hereinafter referred as Partners). It is designed to provide special benefits to ‘iPlanetstore’ customers, who have bought a predefined value of merchandise from ‘iPlanetstore’ stores in India.

‘iPlanetstore’ Store shall include all exclusive stores of ‘iPlanetstore’ in India. The said customers are required to meet the set eligibility criteria for iCircle membership.

• The membership of iCircle shall be valid for 24 months provided
• The said iCircle membership is non-transferable and the benefits can be availed by the members only.
• iCircle membership is for individuals only. It is not a corporate membership.
• A coupon code shall be generated on the member's registered mobile number and will be required to verify his / her membership at the time of every transaction made by such member.
• Any misuse of the benefits given under iCircle membership program may result in the termination of said membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of ‘iPlanetstore’
• Any gift vouchers will be redeemable as per the terms and conditions mentioned on the voucher.
• Members will receive relevant SMS and email communication pertaining to the program on their registered contact details under iCircle membership programme
• ‘iPlanetstore’ reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions as well as change the rules and regulations governing iCircle membership programme without any prior notice to the customers at its sole discretion.
• Any benefits and offers including discounts available under iCircle membership programme may be changed or be withdrawn without any prior intimation to customers at ‘iPlanetstore’'s sole discretion. ‘iPlanetstore’ shall not be responsible for any liability arising from said situations or offers
• ‘iPlanetstore shall not be liable to any iCircle member for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense caused by negligence or otherwise, whether or not ‘iPlanetstore’ have any control over the circumstances giving rise to such claim.
• Employees of ‘iPlanetstore’ and / or its Affiliates / Nominees and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in iCircle membership program.
• ‘iPlanetstore’ shall endeavor to ensure the availability and quality of services provided by Franchisee but shall not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by its Franchisee's to provide said services or for any reason whatsoever
• ‘iPlanetstore’ reserves the right to refuse membership to a customer without assigning any reason
• The iCircle membership program will be valid in exclusive ‘iPlanetstore APR ’, ‘iPlanetstore Mono’ stores
• The courts in ‘iPlanetstore Legal city’ shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes between any Member and ‘iPlanetstore’, arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
• Confidentiality: ‘iPlanetstore’ will endeavour to keep all members' information confidential but may provide such information to its agency & third party service provider under a legally binding Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain complete confidentiality of the database. ‘iPlanetstore’ will use the member's personal data only to provide them with information relating to products and services offered by the Company
